How much is a transfer to/from Milan airports?+
Prices depend on route and passengers. Linate starts from €60, Malpensa from €120, Orio al Serio from €130. The price is fixed and agreed in advance on WhatsApp: we reply within minutes.
How can I pay?+
Cash, card or bank transfer. The price is agreed in advance with your quote. You don't always pay at the end of the ride: in some cases we ask for advance payment or a deposit via secure link, for example for events, packages and special services, for rides starting far from the Milan area and during peak periods such as Fashion Week, Salone del Mobile, the Formula 1 Grand Prix and New Year's Eve.
Are there cancellation fees?+
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the ride. For prepaid bookings, between 24 and 6 hours before we retain 50%, and under 6 hours or in case of no-show 100%. If your flight is cancelled by the airline there is no fee: just send us the airline's cancellation notice on WhatsApp.
Is airport waiting included?+
Yes: the first hour of waiting after actual landing is included in the fare. Your driver waits with a sign showing your name and we track the arrival in real time: if your flight is delayed, the pickup adjusts at no cost. Beyond 60 minutes, waiting is charged at €60/hour for a car and €80/hour for a van.
Airports only?+
No. We do transfers to and from airports, the city, Lake Como, hotels, events and long routes on request.
